My family loves Shanghai Palace. We actually call it the "Chinese place at the mall". My kids choose this restaurant to eat at on there birthday when they get to choose. I saw there was only one review and it was a bad one. Ive never had a problem with the food being cold. The food always tastes great and the people are very nice and friendly. It is maybe a tad bit pricier than i would like, but i think all Chinese restaurants are!

The food is old and cold. I spit more food into a napkin than I actually ate. This explains why the restaurant gives you a large stack after seating you. Save yourself some pain and go anywhere else.
