There's this cute little soda shop in a tiny town with only 175 people. They serve up real malts that are freshly made, not from a mix. My friend swears it's the best malt he's ever had. The breakfast burritos are simple but tasty, especially the green chili one. The ice cream sodas are a must-try, like the English toffee soda with vanilla ice cream. The dragon eggs, freeze-dried saltwater taffy, have a unique texture that's worth a try. The new management has spruced up the place nicely, with a well-organized layout and some cool merchandise. And don't forget to grab a container of chili spice to take home. Across the street, the Tri-county Mercantile has some great coffee and interesting finds. It's definitely a worthwhile stop on your road trip!
