Food was decent, staff was mostly friendly, but seemed to not want to work there. Restaurant is very smokey and dirty. Carpet is stained and littered with food pieces. Windows are almost opaque with smoke residue. Booth seats are torn. Bathroom was dark, first stall is almost pitch black.
