Found this little Mexican gem on our road trip and it was a hole in the wall with amazing food! The service was a bit lacking, but the delicious dishes made up for it. The homemade corn tortillas were a hit, and my wife loved the shrimp quesadilla. Despite a few hiccups, this place is a must-visit for authentic Mexican cuisine that won't disappoint!

We love to go to Juan's. Juan and his wife run it and are always friendly. The food is always fresh and very good. It is always clean and it stays open long enough in Star Valley to have dinner there!!! It is not Tex/Mex but real Mexican food.
