Established in 1997, known as the Home of the breakfast burrito. This Elvis themed diner is a must try in Cheyenne.

I love there food its great, thats why I gave 4 stars but the service could really use some work. The lady that has been there forever and usually takes the phone orders is pretty rude & snappy but usually if she is not super busy when we have go into the restaurant she can be............ nice sometimes 😕
again really like the food but they could really use a refresh course on customer service. There not even open all day long so put on a smile and be happy for the 7-8 hrs your open.

I think its disgusting that they have a sex offender that works there. Its supposed to be a family restaurant. Joel bujanda works there and he is on wyoming sex offender website. I wont take your kids to this restaurant

WOW talk about rude service on the phone.....

Although, the food was pretty good the service was horrible and I seen a damn mouse run across the floor. When I mentioned it to the server, she told me it wasn't a mouse and I was seeing things. I am 75 years old and no what the hell a mouse looks like and that was a damn field mouse. I will never eat there again.

I like most food here. The service help is AWEFUL. They have no concept of being pleasant or helpful. They are inconvenied by customers. If I don't order exactly as they wish, they are put off. This business could double the proffitsby firing the hateful women servers. Some of the WORST I have ever seen.

While the food is pretty good, the service is terrible i feel like a business that has been around so long would want to keep there loyal customers but it is hard having to deal with such rude people over the phone...very disappointed. The man who owns it is the sweetest man not sure if he knows his employess treat the customers so badly :(.

I dont care how good the breakfast burritos are, when the service sucks they wont be getting my money. The lady on the phone this morning was beyond rude. If you cant handle the stress of your job maybe you shouldnt be taking delivery orders!!!

Great food! Horrible service! Smothered green chile breakfast burrito is best in town but its like pulling teeth talking to anyone working here. I have NEVER experienced kindeness or politeness from any employee here and have frequently been offended by most of them. Take out only for me...

One of the major favs for breakfast and brunch food in all of Cheyenne! Never had a complaint about the service or food! :) Very delish and worth the wait on Saturdays!

I think the food is great but i'd have to disagree completely with another comment. This place is always so so busy and what restaurant has the time to give you the price of every item over the phone... delivery charge is for all you people that get food delivered to them worth hmmm 50$ maybe and give the driver maybe 2 bucks.. so i think that would be the reason why.. just a thought

Me and others I work with have ordered numerous times and have had great service and recieved our food in a timely manner except once and was compensated for it. And everytime we have dined in we have had great food and service. I do agree that they could let ya know prices over the phone but not a big issue. I highly recommend the breakfast burritos and lunch there as well is very very pleasing.

My company has spent ALOT of money ordering breakfast from this place for quite some time and we have yet to have a polite person take our order. They not only rush you while ordering, they do not willingly give you the price of each item (being that they will not take multiple payments, it make this very difficult with multiple people ordering) THEN, if that isn't all, to top it off they now add delivery and Tip on the bill, and will not change anything over a 50? ...and there are times we waited over an hour and a half for the food....I will say at the very least the man who delivers the food is a pleasure to deal with!!!

This place has awesome food and going in there is just great. They are always very busy but doesn't that say something.. i think so. BEST breakfast in town. and tortilla factory and all those other places DO NOT compare. Jamie i must disagree 100% with you. R&B FREAKIN ROCKS!!!

I do not dine in very ofter. However, I order out quite a bit. Their burritos are amazing. Every time I go there it is extremely busy. I would like to attribute that to the amazing food they have. In addition, the owner has been nothing but kind and courteous.

As a loyal patron of R & B for years, it is painful to have to give up the delish breakfast burritos; however, after months of terrible service, I'm left with no choice. The service if you dine in isn't as terrible as call in service. Beyond the difficulty in contacting the business, the employee responsible for taking orders is frequently curt, and occasionally downright rude. In an era where debit card orders are the norm, the woman refuses to accept multiple payments. Unfortunately, this is a situation of a single employee/owner ruins the entire experience. I would suggest other local fare like 2 Doors Down downtown or the Tortilla Factory in south Cheyenne.
