I don't know where someone gets the idea that they never answer their phone? I go there alot and they always answer it. Good subs, great fries!
I would take all the Mickey D's fast food joints (they have the nerve to call it a Restaurant?) and replace them with Sandwich Factories any day.

Their Subs and Fries SUCK anymore! NOT like they use to be years ago! They have high school kids making the subs and working the fryers. They have the home cut potato fries, but I swear to god they are so skimpy they are taking a potato, cutting it in half then putting it thru the fry cutter. You are lucky if you get a french fry over 1 1/2" long. Plus they cram all of these tiny fries into the bag all greasy that by the time you open the bag to eat them, they are all stuck together in a big clump. Their subs .... Not very 'meaty' mostly all bread. Some days when you call to place your order, the phone will just ring and ring and ring and ring before they decide to answer it.
This place use to be the place to go for great subs, now I am sorry to say that subway has better subs :( I will not be going back anytime soon.

I ordered #4 ham, salami, cheese plain O&V on the side. When I got home, I had someone else's order. I called to tell them this and their reply was bring back the sandwich for full refund. 830 at night and do what? Can you not give me credit for another sandwich?? They said NO

ordered a gyro....STAY AWAY FROM THIS ITEM!!!.....very small and scarce on meat!!!!....left there still hungry...Jays in boardman has a loaded down gyro with alot of meat for the same price.
....there other subs are a good value.......but the gyros are a rip off.

They messed up our food I had allergic reaction due to them putting seasoning on my sub then charge for cheese not liquid cheese on fries like we ordered they melted slice of cheese on the fries waste of 18.00 they need taught how to cook and listen to customers

Ordered steak sub and meatball subs for dinner went to eat my steak sub and when I opened up the bum there was NO MEAT put on my sandwich!!!! I had mushrooms onions and peppers and that's it! Called and they said that we had to bring it back because they needed proof! Seriously not only do you inconvenience your customers give them lousy food you accuse them of lying too Why would anyone make that up??!! Because I want to drive all the way back??!!! Terrible customer service terrible food

when i called to complain about a bad ribeye, some very rude woman told me to call Monica tomorrow. I told her tell the cook about the problem, she said no one else complained and that she wasn't going to do anything about it. Be careful.
