pitiful. Rude, condescending, insultuous staff hasn't a clue on how to work with the public. A very small place, so we couldn't help but to hear them treating other customers the same way. Really unbelievable that the owner was worse of them all, with one smart-a$$ remark after another. I seldom complain, but this was so bad, it was embarrassing. And judging by all the other bad reviews about this place, it wasn't the exception, they're always this rude.
