We went here for lunch, and I ordered thai tea and General Tso's chicken. The thai tea was really good, but as soon as I bit into the Chicken, It didnt taste right. I advised my server that it didnt taste like it was cooked all the way, and she said, "that's how we prepare it", and refused to bring me something else, or refund me. I dont eat raw poultry, I dont care if thats how you prepare it.
My co worker ordered Lad-Na seafood noodles, and was not advised that this was not on the lunch menu, so when we got the bill her total was 21.00 for the food. The excuse from the manager was "we gave you alot of seafood" and "your server is new. She didnt know this was not available at a lunch portion."
We told them we would not be back, as a last resort for them to provide some sort of customer satisfaction, and the cashier replied with a simple "Oh, I'm sorry." POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This restaurant is simply the best. The service, atmosphere, and food is superb. My family dine-in at Talay often because it is truly a friendly, welcoming environment. Two Thumbs Up!

Great value, the prices are exceptional for the size of the portion (which is filling). Delicious food, came to the table hot and fresh. Very fresh ingredients, great curry, delicious spring rolls. I can't wait to go back :)

Excellent food, and I don't even like Thai food that much! Everything is consistent and seasoned well. No surprises! Excellent variety.
