This is the old-timey, down-home place that we all dream about. Friendliest, kindest, folks and the best biscuits anywhere. Though the music doesn’t happen these days, that was always the kicker for me. I go every time I’m in the state.

Been a customer since 1991. When I worked at Lockheed my group rotated buying breakfast on Fridays...a special treat was my turn when I went to Stilesboro biscuits...

I have such great memories taking my little ones here almost every morning before preschool 10 years ago when we lived in Brookstone. I was addicted to the cinnamon rolls, but my 2 and 4 year old loved the pancakes, grits and biscuits. My husband loved the red hot sausage biscuit. Lynn was the best! I have a picture of her with my kids before we moved...I would love to go back again....I really loved this place. My daughter (now 14) called it the Grit House b/c she loved the pancakes and grits.
