We buy from ChoCho's often. The food is good, affordable, the service friendly and quick. It's a great place to pick up dinner and take it home. (Now there is a larger area to eat in, however). I did notice recently that I was overcharged, I suspect a couple of times. (I'm sure it's accidental). They can't give you an itemized receipt, so it's hard to verify what you paid for. Just do the math and know how much you should be paying.

Sorry they are moving to the Safeway shopping center but happy that they are still in Firestone. Always enjoyed the food, consider the prices pretty cheap for what you get. Thanks from a very happy customer!!!

Always consisyently good food, especially for the price. One of the few goodplaces to eat in Firestone!

I cannot believe the long and ridiculous tirade from customer back in Dec '08...I have eaten here appx 6 times in the past year... all GREAT EXPERIENCES! If the item was not correct, they fixed it, without any hassle or charge...AND they would load up my plate every time...if I asked for a little extra lettuce and tomato, or beans, etc. Just be nice and you will be treated nice.

Good balance between fast food and sit down dinner. The food is good, fast, and low hassle.

Fantastic food, fast and friendly staff. Come prepared to take your tray from counter to table. It can get noisy when busy, which happens pretty often.

I recently had the displeasure of visiting this restaurant and had what I would probably say is the worst customer service I ever recieved from any business at one time.<br /> After sitting down and recieving half of my order because it wasn't finished I waited 5 more minutes for the remainder still not a big problem cause I know the owners and the food is usually good.<br /> After recieving my order I was informed by my not so happy wife that my daughter who is at this time 8.5 month pregnant burrito wasn't correct.<br /> I take it up to get it redone and get told that it's what we ordered and they could remake it for more money not a big problem but then they give me one burrito instead of two.<br /> Finally we leave I dump my food in a take home container because I'm no longer comfortable there.<br /> I get home start to eat my firestone special which i always order there. <br /> It's at that point I realize that I'm eating a flour tortilla which shouldn't be there.<br /> At that point i call to register a complaint and speak with one of the owners only to be told that it's our fault because my wife ordered for my daughter and that my food is correct and I shouldn't believe my own eyes.<br /> Anyhow the kicker is I'm hispanic which has nothing to do with it all except I've seen flour and corn tortillas many times I know corn is yellow and flour is white.<br /> I was told by the owner that I should complain to her venders and promptly hung up on.<br /> All I ask is this?<br /> What happened to customer service?<br /> We're all having money troubles but am I not helping support a business by eating there?<br /> I recommend people considering eating at this place go somewhere else I know at least at McDonalds or Taco Bell the customer is always right.<br /> On a final note I noticed another review on this site where somebody was overcharged it happened to me more than a few times at this place I guess I'm not the ony one hmmmmm.

Food is excellent! Very good value! BE SURE YOU ARE NOT OVERCHARGED AS I WAS.

THis place is awesome. Fantastic Mexican food from a friendly family.
