While the food is USUALLY great, the service on 8.11.12 was terrible. We had to wait for 20 minutes for someone to come to the back corner to see us, then we had to wait for our water and drinks. The food was very good but twice they brought us the wrong bill at the end of the meal. Finally had to go up to the counter and tell them that we were leaving and that is when we got the "right" bill. Turns out it was wrong to and they charged my credit card the wrong amount. We will be back to eat here again, but management needs to wake up and see what is happening here.

My fiance and I have been to this restaurant a few times in the past, and enjoyed it quite thoroughly. Tonight, however, was extremely disappointing. My fiance got the Marsala ravioli that was, for all intents and purposes, raw dough. It literally dripped off the fork. After sending it back and waiting another fifteen minutes for it to be made again, the new dish was STILL undercooked, though slightly more firm and relatively edible, it was still by no means what you would expect for any food establishment worth its salt. Needless to say we will not be returning to this restaurant any time soon.

sat in a booth that when someone was sitting in the next booth the sit wiggled and jiggled around, very annoying, they were out of what i wanted to order, the server was young and clueless and the stromboli was 1/2 raw. i will not be going back.

Food was warm, not hot. Sausage/pepper calzone didn't have much taste except for the peppers. My brother in law didn't even finish 1/2 of it. My seafood pasta had a very minimal amount of seafood. . Waitress took over 20 minutes to bring us our ticket after she cleared our plates and the restaurant was not that busy. We were celebrating a birthday, which she knew yet didn't offer a complimentary dessert. We thought that was odd.

We probably won't go back.

I wanted the all you can eat soup, salad and bread but the only soup they had was minestrone. I hate minestrone. Why not another option?

The "lighter" dishes, which offer smaller portions were incredibly small. Not much more than a cereal bowl. Probably 1/4 of a full size portion but certainly not 1/4 or even 1/2 the price.

Not too impressed.

Love this place! My Dad is a real Italian Food connoisseur at 82 years old & he says it's the best he's eaten. I agree. The food, service and atmosphere are all good. The price is reasonable & the portions plenty. They aren't perfect but as a whole, very good. You can't go wrong.

The food here is fantastic along with the size of the portions. A favorite of mine is the 'baked combo' -- well worth it for the $13.99. A pretty fair wine selection and ambiance are all part of the package in this nice little neighborhood restaurant. The service at Ragazzi on several occasions left something to be desired considering the fact that most of the time they were either agitated or disinterested of the customer's needs. Overall, this place is worth the trip. 8/10.
