The authentic NY-style Neapolitan pizza here is baked to perfection, with the Mediterranean being my favorite choice, especially enjoyed with spicy ranch for dipping. The gluten-free crust is surprisingly good, not too hard or crunchy, and the friendly staff make it a welcoming spot for lunch or delivery in Boulder.

If you're craving an authentic taste of New York in Colorado, you've got to try Abo's Mediterranean pizza. It's my absolute favorite spot in Boulder for a delicious slice of cheesy goodness. The gluten-free option is surprisingly fantastic, with a sauce that's just right - not too bland, not too thick. Abo's is definitely a top contender for the best pizza in Colorado, hands down.
