Yes, Paul It would be VERY POSSIBLE to make your food better .. It's not that great .. Fast, but not great .. You could stand to learn a little bit from the restaurants around you .. And talk to your staff a bit more respectfully .. Your arrogant attitude toward your staff made me never want to come back .. There are too many great places around you.

As of Feb.1 2010 The Castle will be Smoke Free.... It's just going to make the food even better....If that's possible.....
