Terrible. Couldn't even get past "hello", was told "an hour and a half wait," which we were more than ok with because we had intended on drinking beer and enjoying the day, people watching, after the hour plus drive here. We said we didn't have a problem with the wait. "Well, it's a problem for us", walks away and ceases to communicate with us in order to answer the phone instead. I don't even know what to say. Wow, just...wow.
