11/24/2023 - Unhappy horrible
Don’t go to the bakery I went there the day before Thanksgiving Wednesday night for a cheesecake. I asked the girl is fresh she said yes and ordered some pastries. I said I want the Napoleon with French cream. If you don’t have French cream, I don’t want it . This sakes girl does not know what French cream is. she gave me custard cream was very bad . We could not eat them throw them in the garbage. the cheesecake took to my sister house it look nice from outside with strawberries . well everyone couldn’t wait for it , because I always bring cheesecake from Brooklyn Where is Staten Island now he started to cut it. It was hot as a rock and then we tasted it and it was horrible 10 people I tasted it. It was sour. This was an old cake. Maybe they use old ingredients or ingredients that we’re not fresh . I called to tell them the girl that answer the phone was nasty, rude and telling me I should’ve put it back the same night. How am i going to bring back a cheesecake back to Brooklyn at 8 o’clock at night on Thanksgiving she made no sense and was rude. Still waiting for the manager to call me . stay away from the bakery. They serve old cakes and workers are rude and don’t the the different between French cream and custard cream .. what a horrible place beware beware they selling old stuff and ripping everybody off very expensive. I’ll stick with Pantico in Bayridge excellent bakery in bayridge. What was upsetting is the girl that answered the phone she should be reprimanded. Telling me it’s impossible. Don’t tell me something is impossible and 10 people are tasting it and 10 people said oh my God it’s sour they served you old cheesecake or ingredients that will old maybe they’re trying to cut corners and rip customers off

I used to live in trump village and I used to go to Vito's bakery at least two three times a week they even made my wedding cake for me and my spouse Orlando castillon! I hope they can send stuff down to Florida especially the prune humatosh? If I spelled it the right way? But I wish they were getting contact with me I would love to order stuff and send it down to Florida 239-451-6089 Lloyd Ferber Naples Florida! God I miss Vitos bakery
