Food is great, but the service is horrible. One walks into the restaurant and can stand around wondering what to do next. Unlike other restaurants one must stand on a line to pay before obtaining their food. No signs stating as such is in the restaurant. The owner and employees lack any form of professionalism, manners or human decency. After my last experience, I try not to visit Linda's. The aggravation is not worth it.

Very good Dall Puri and black pudding,cakes and pastries,service is terrible as the staff is always sulking or rude,hope the owner sees these reviews and have them retrained in Customer Service.

I would suggest that you take into account all the comments made about staff, and have them trained professionally. In this economic situation, I would hate to see you loose customers because of your staff.
Secondly, I would recommend that you put a menu of your dishes on your website. This would make it easier for someone like me to see what you are selling and when it is available.
Hope you take note.

Amazing for the food and roti, (puri) is out off this world the best i ever had.
But the staff needs to learn customer service skills they can be very very very rude
I know Linda worked hard for this that's why she should see to it that the staff are more polite to the customers

Black pudding was delicious; far better than anything you can get at Sybil's. However, much is to be desired with the courtesy and professionalism of service received.

Excellent cuisine. Truly great Dhol Puri,Roti , pastries and other baked goods. Food does wonders to your palate.
Needs much improvement in the customer service area (in store).
