This place is a joke. The food is terrible and the service is not great. I went in once and the bathrooms were disgusting.

Burlington Bay is a rip off. Sure the food is great, but is it really worth that much? The prices are reasonable... if there were sides. A burger that is almost ten dollars without fries or chips is not worth it. Fries aren't even on the menu. Fries obviously aren't the big concern, but we should get a little more bang for our buck.
Speaking as a former employee... who never got discounts or BREAKS.

What a great surprise!
Stopped in this week for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. When I entered , I was concerned that while the menu was broad, I wanted some specific changes to my sandwich order.
The manager was extremely accomodating and pleasant and actually delivered my meal. Where else does that happen. It was delicious.
Liked the fabulous view of the lake through the large window over looking a great westerly view to New York. Prices were very reasonable and loved the informal and enjoyable atmosphere.
What a treat.
