Well 1stly it took nearly 30 min for the wings to cook cause they were fresh not frozen. so to protect customers from Botulism, they needed to be well cooked. so 1 hr delivery time was acceptable.

would love to place a order, but after twelve ( 12 ) attempts i gave up trying as the phone was consistently busy and brought my business elsewhere.

Wings are great. Champlain sandwich is really good too. My favorite place for wings ever. I eat low carb and these wings are not breaded or loaded with sugar (unless you have them add it).

Even if you can get anyone on the line in the first place (took me 20 minutes on a Monday evening) the wings are still unimpressive and over priced.

I have been ordering New england Wings since they were located on riverside. I consider myself a wing connoisseur and truly belive that these are the best wings in the champlain valley, also their subs and curly fires are awesome. However their delivery time is ridiculous ,45 minutes which usually turns into an hour for delivery to Riverside Avenue. I think they need to hire more drivers. However for me the taste overides the wait I would reccomend pic up.

I have ordered salads and sandwiches from NE Wings since they first began. I find that the quality and taste of ingredients has remained the same over the years and their willingness to accomodate little changes with the menu (extra sauce, extra croutons, change in dressings etc.) very adaptable. However their store locations haven't been all that impressive or inviting and prices seem to be slowly rising on most items. Despite a few nits....I do love their menu and will still continue to be a loyal customer.

Called to order dinner and icecream around 9pm and they didn't have anything that I requested. Deciding I didn't want to substitute everything for something else, I canceled my order. (This is like the 2nd or 3rd time this has happened. I think they need to update their menu)

I've ordered from here several times, thinking they were the best wings in town. However, not once did they deliver within an hour... being just on the other side of winooski you would think it would be closer to 20 mins. including the time it takes to cook the food. Once they didnt even deliver my food, I called an hour and a half later and cancelled. Mind you this was on a Tuesday.
When I've gone to pick up the food has been decent. You have to ask for crispy to get a good tasting wing and you often end up with mostly wings rather than the drumstick.
Needless to say I've had much better.

I visited this site before making my purchase because I could not find their Web site through Google. So when I placed my order for a sandwich, the guy at the register asked me if I knew what I wanted and I said, "Yes, someone posted your menu on the Web." His tone became short, and he questioned if I had been on the New England Wings Web site, and I said no.
Speaking of the menu, nowhere does it state that the chicken sandwiches were fried. I would have chosen something else had I known. So much for the menu posted here or on the inaccessible hungryvt.com Web site. The word "fried" is nowhere to be found under sandwiches.
My sandwich, a bulky roll, was good, but was just over $5 after my 15% off coupon, I am unsure i will return.

The BEST. No doubt about it, the best wings I have ever had. Complete menu with many different sides available

Unimpressive. We bought one order of the "honey BBQ" and one of the "mild". Just par-boiled chicken pieces smothered in too much sauce. Messy and not particularly flavorful.
Won't go back. Could probably make tastier ones ourselves--in our own oven--certainly crispier and not soggy with sauce.
