Hey Jon O - you say: "Breaking the law by opening for dine-in during a pandemic. If they tried to keep social distance & PPE, that would be one thing, but the owner admitted to ignored all laws and suggestions to protect themselves and their customers. Now they are potentially spreading the disease and carrying it to your local grocery store."
Where is your scientific proof of that ? And how long will you have everyone locked down and wearing masks ?
Suggestion: You stay home and stop spreading your fascist disease and we'll go on living normal lives without your stupid rules.

My wife and I were able to have a beautiful Mother's Day Brunch at Cafe El Dorado. Whoever owns this place is a hero for liberty and freedom by showing very clearly that we are not in the Soviet Union, or in Pol Pot's Cambodia, or any other hellhole, but we are in the free state of Jefferson in El Dorado County. The ones who try to control us can choose not to dine out, and stay at home. But free people like this owner, and his patrons and supporters, will live their lives without shackles, standing up for liberty, and for freedom from oppression.
And for those of you who disagree read "The Declaration of Independence" in its entirety.
(And the meal was delicious and the service top notch)

Just stay home...you will be safe! Why moan?
Not dying...is NOT living.
As for the rest of us we’re hungry.
Now...go HUG your mom.

If you’re in the area GO~ you’ll be well taken care of and fully satiated.
Heck, take a drive, if you’re not in the area and show your support. You’ll be glad you did!!
GREAT FOOD! Great town. Great people. (well...most of them~I’m looking at you, Jon O)
Anyhoo~ Down home, scrumptious comfort cuisine, YUM!! SERVED up WITH an ample dose of FREEDOM, SPIRIT AND LOVE!!
