User Reviews for Armando's Restaurant A hungry person posted on 06/29/2011 Rating & Review: This place is one of the first I went to when I moved to Chattanooga. Excellent food with good portions. The chili is to die for, and any cheeseburger or hamburger you get will make you come back for more and try all the menu items. Reminds me of old-fashioned soda shop food! Prices are reasonable and the service is quick. I would recommend to anyone that likes a basic lunch or dinner meal!:)
