For the price, JJ's should have top service and even better food. The food was below average, at best, and the service was worse. We waited over 20 minutes after our appetizers to get our meals. The waitress kept stalling us and wouldn't even bring us more drinks because, I can only guess, she was too afraid to face us until she could get our food. The manager was of little help and gave us some BS about the waitress waiting to put in our food order until the appetizers were out.
To add insult to injury, when the check came, there was 20% added on for service because our party was 6 adults and 1 child. I have never been charged 20% gratuity even for good service. I usually tip 25% for good service because I have been a waiter before.
THIS PLACE IS A RIP-OFF!! DON'T GO!!!
