User Reviews for Boars Tavern Koenig posted on 02/18/2011 Rating & Review: From the outside, and maybe some of the clientele, it looks like a biker bar, but although some of the patrons have bikes, it's a local family-oriented bar and restaurant with fresh cooked food, and a great atmosphere. If you're looking to take a new date for a romantic evening, forget it! but if you want a decently priced beer, some cheese fries, a decent burger, house specials that will certainly fill you at a very reasonable price, and a very friendly crowd, you've found the best place in the area!!!
