Staff is rude and unwelcoming. If you decide to go, be sure to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to posted closing or you WILL be denied access. Restaurant needs freshening - there are better ways to spend your time and money when looking for a restaurant in Lewes / Rehoboth.

Great food, Great Service, The Chef and his performance and skills were amazing. We have a BIG family dinner twice a year and we all always pick Tokyo Steakhouse. It is always a great time.

to the overcharged customers: computer system errors have caused the addition of automatic gratuity to credit card/debit card users in scenarios such as split billing. however computer system upgrades have fixed this problem. Once again, we're very sorry for the inconveniences we may have caused.

Entertaining and decent food. Good atmosphere. Definitely check your bank account after using your debit card to make sure the right amount was swiped. The restaurant overcharged a group. TIP: If you are splitting the check with someone else, pay in cash.

The food was fine. The worst came when I checked my bank statement today. The bill was $108.95 for a 4 person tab. We split it in two and paid $54.47 and $54.48 respectively plus $4.00 each and a couple of bucks in cash. The Tokyo Steakhouse staff decided to charge $65.36 to my card and when I spoke to my friend the same happened to him. It is not like $6.89 is much money but it's my money. I'm going to pay a visit to the manager... I WAN'T MY MONEY BACK!!!

I Drove 45 miles to the steakhouse on Augist 10th for a birthday dinner with my daughter. The bill was 76 dollars. I left a cash tip. I noted my debit card was charged 80 dollars. I called the manager and was told the amount would be credited in 5 business days. Today is the 20th of August and my account is still denoting the 4 dolar increase in the charge. Seems the place is looking for more profit or the staff is looking for a bigger tip. Unfortunately for Tokyo steakhouse you have lost a customer who has only ever eaten in the place one time.
