Terrible pickup service, food was undercooked and not even able to be eaten. You should just stay closed through Covid. You just lost a customer. Oh yeah and I waited 40 mins outside to pick up half my order. And I have to order from someplace else with how terrible it is.

I have been a few times and the sushi roils are excellent. My only complaint is the meals lacked a little flavor. The rice also lacks flavor. Hibachi in Dover has more flavor. Tokyo Steak House just needs to kick it up a notch in the flavor department.

I have no idea how this place keeps getting good reviews. Are people even tasting the food? We did not do the grill this time, instead opting for the dining room. UGH that was one of the most disgusting meals I've had in a while. Tokyo Steakhouse is a steakhouse my eye! Should be called minced up meat drowned in salt house. YUK! First time I figured eh, bad night in the kitchen, second time meh maybe just don't get the grill- waited a year to go back - strike three they're out. Ruined a perfectly good piece of Mahi Mahi. I almost cried at the shame of it all. I wonder what it takes to get on Delaware's Best list because they had the plaque and they are definitely FAR from the best...best plate of barely edible food maybe... On the upside the Hot Devil Sushi Roll we ordered for starters was fabulous! Sorry but when 6 pieces of raw fish, pickled ginger and iced tea are the best things on the menu it's not a place to return to. My entree was so salty it completely blew my palate and I couldn't taste anything else. Seriously, even to the point that my iced tea began to taste like salt.

Staff is rude and unwelcoming. If you decide to go, be sure to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to posted closing or you WILL be denied access. Restaurant needs freshening - there are better ways to spend your time and money when looking for a restaurant in Lewes / Rehoboth.

Great food, Great Service, The Chef and his performance and skills were amazing. We have a BIG family dinner twice a year and we all always pick Tokyo Steakhouse. It is always a great time.

to the overcharged customers: computer system errors have caused the addition of automatic gratuity to credit card/debit card users in scenarios such as split billing. however computer system upgrades have fixed this problem. Once again, we're very sorry for the inconveniences we may have caused.

Entertaining and decent food. Good atmosphere. Definitely check your bank account after using your debit card to make sure the right amount was swiped. The restaurant overcharged a group. TIP: If you are splitting the check with someone else, pay in cash.

The food was fine. The worst came when I checked my bank statement today. The bill was $108.95 for a 4 person tab. We split it in two and paid $54.47 and $54.48 respectively plus $4.00 each and a couple of bucks in cash. The Tokyo Steakhouse staff decided to charge $65.36 to my card and when I spoke to my friend the same happened to him. It is not like $6.89 is much money but it's my money. I'm going to pay a visit to the manager... I WAN'T MY MONEY BACK!!!

I Drove 45 miles to the steakhouse on Augist 10th for a birthday dinner with my daughter. The bill was 76 dollars. I left a cash tip. I noted my debit card was charged 80 dollars. I called the manager and was told the amount would be credited in 5 business days. Today is the 20th of August and my account is still denoting the 4 dolar increase in the charge. Seems the place is looking for more profit or the staff is looking for a bigger tip. Unfortunately for Tokyo steakhouse you have lost a customer who has only ever eaten in the place one time.
