Cathay express ripped me off.. I ordered a few things from them and payed with my credit card they took the money off there before verifying anything when it was delivered they asked for my card (I understand they must verify who people are before giving the food) but I didn't have my card I leave it at work because it's the safest place for it but I've had it for so long I know the number by heart so I gave the number to my card over the phone ...when it was finally delivered he asked for the card and my id I did give him my id but they said no thats not good enough I need the card too(which I should've known lol) so because I didn't have my card I ended up paying cash for it (which I I understood their policy because they've been ripped off before they said )...but paying cash should of been a refund plus I was unhappy because the order was wrong ... the food was rushed and didn't have a good taste but the money on my card was never refunded even after reminding them

Every thing is always perfect. I will not order from any other Chinese restaurant. I love that they deliver because I am housebound. Yummy!

Their food are great! When I went there it's always pack with people. They do free delievery too so that makes it even better.
