The Erie PA Texas Roadhouse is by far the most incompetent restraunt I have ever had the displeasure of eating at. Out of the numerous times I have picked up orders their they have maybe correctly gotten the order correct once. Sometimes as simple as extra rolls we payed for. Often forgetting entire sides or entrees. Sometimes adding mushrooms to food that was selected without (for people deathly allergic to them). When I called about this last time and spoke to the manager about the incompetence he was downright hostile refusing to help if his demands of tone and content weren't met (he was quite unhappy with the term incompetent, but what else do you call getting 90% of my orders wrong).
