This cash only business employs youngsters that are really not familiar with barbecue.
No sausage here of any sort. The "wings" were boneless skinless previously frozen nuggets that are typically only offered in the bar next door.
The pulled pork and brisket were nearly identical as they were firmly embedded in a thick sugary sauce. Both were reminiscent of a catered event to serve the masses. These products probably came in from somewhere else in a large bag. No smoker was in evidence, and the place didn't have the smoke inside or out.
The ribs and sides were the high point of the meal. The ribs were tender and the same sauce was again pervasive but lighter.
The beans were good. The potato salad was really very good, with no component being overdone and a nice mix of spices.
If you're on the North side of Flag and hungry give this place a try. If you want a real BBQ experience pass this one up.

Wow, what great BBQ! Not very much selection, but when the sandwiches are this good, you don't need it. Try the baked beans, spicy and delicious.
