I recently visited a charming restaurant after a long road trip, and it completely hit the spot! The portions were generous, the ingredients fresh, and every dish we tried was absolutely delightful. I had the homemade chicken salad on a croissant with fried okra and fruit, while my husband enjoyed a turkey and bacon sandwich with garlic mashed potatoes and fruit. The friendly customer service and inviting atmosphere made the whole experience even better—I can't wait to return and explore their breakfast offerings!

Ordered the chicken and dumplins and what I got was a bowl of dumplins with some shredded processed looking and tasting chicken meat that was dry and tasteless. No creamy soup base, no celery for flavoring. Awful version of the traditional southern dish. Don't order it. $11 with two sides - I ordered fried squash which turned out to be steamed. The banana pudding was the only decent tasting part of the meal and it was in a snack cup size bowl. My husband got the Reuben sandwich and it was so thin we had to look for the meat. Maybe they were not expecting customers? We won't go back. It's a long way from Pace.
