Best texture and taste in Fort Walton Beach/Crestview for a Laboratory/Genetically Modified flour and sauce.. Theirs is not non-GMO flour (ie 00 Italian flour, or non-GMO from anywhere), so it is a much heavier flour. The flour was enriched with pharma chemicals the last time that we checked. Though, the texture of the crust is delicious, the sauce has great flavor, and the pizza is very cheesy. We will check back and identify if they have Natamyecin in their cheese - for those who are allergic to molds/myecins/antibiotics. If I remember from a couple of years ago, they buy large blocks of cheese and shred it themselves and blocks rarely contain the mold Natamyecin, or any other myecin, etc.
Price is fine for GMO-sourced ingredients.
*If you want authentic Italian pizza made with non-GMO 00 Italian flour (not made in a science lab), you have to get La Casa Bianca 1 850 374 8752 Addy: 2504 US 98 West, The White House, Mary Esther, FL 32569-2330. So far, this is the only authentic 00 flour pizza crust and homemade non-GMO sauce/gravy between Miramar Beach/Sandestin and Gulf Breeze, along Hwy 98 and north or south of it.

They delivered lasagna and antipasto salad for me. As a Chicago Italian, I'm very picky. All was delicious and abundant! I didn't know it would be so much food! Wiley's has my approval totally. Yummy!
