My son proposed to his girlfriend today in epic fashion, He and Leslie spent a romantic evening in Galveston yesterday, today while walking the beach he surprised her by having his son, who shouldn’t have been there and had been hiding and waiting for the right moment to run up greet them, while she was distracted, he dropped to one knee and popped the question. The next surprise was when they walked into Kitty's Seaside Cafe and found about 60 of their friends and family members waiting to help celebrate the happy moment.

I would like to commend Ms. Kitty and her staff for the excellent food and the great service even though we overwhelmed the staff.... they handled a crowd like this and made everyone feel extra special on this special day, they all went above and beyond...and I want to make special mention of our server Nicole, I was told she is fairly new to the job...but she dealt with this crowd like a pro...everyone there bent over backwards to help make this day wonderful.

I had the fried catfish plate...#1. it was great, #2 the portions were very large and #3 the price for the amount of food was a very good bargain.

Kitty's Seaside Cafe is a gem found on the beach, you won't be disappointed...

Thanks again to everyone....at Miss Kitty's cafe and all the great friends and family new and old... much love to all

Kitty's Seaside Cafe is so awesome. My daughter & soon to be son in-law celebrated their engagement with 60ish -/+ family and friends. Our waitress, Nicole waited on our table like a pro. She was sweet, courteous & always a smile on her face. The food was delicious. All from scratch recipes. I highly recommend taking your family and friends to this place. The prices are very reasonable too. You won't be sorry. Just follow the RED FOOTPRINTS!

Might be good for breakfast, but we were here for supper. Hard to find. Few supper items, what we had was generic, tasteless. Too much work finding it. Theres other places, easier to get to. Don't bother.
