Waited 40 minutes for a 20 piece bucket of chicken and 6 hot wings. 7 people in the back of the house and only 4 working. No consideration for the customer.

I wasn't satisfied with the service or the little over cooked wings. I called my order in they said it would be ready in about 15 to 20 minutes and it wasn't ready so after waiting another 15 minutes I received my order. When I got to work which is 20 minutes away I sat down and prepared to eat my dinner it was horrible. The wings were very small and overcooked I couldn't eat them so I called them and explained to them that I stopped going to JJ'S and Sharks because of this problem. I asked to speak with a manager and was told to call back the next day and I did but still no manager and the lady on the phone said she don't know when the manager will be in because they are in and out . Very displeased and upset about this.
