This used to be a great restaurant, but NO MORE!!! This was possibly the most atrocius dining experience I've ever had in all my 39yrs. And that includes when I was in the Army. No one ever came to clean our table or fill our drinks until my sister complained. They are supposedly "all you can eat" crab legs, but there was sometimes 30-45 minute wait for them to bring out crab legs, and even then it was a very small portion they brought out. This was our second experience with the restaurant that this happened. The dessert area was completely wrecked with ice cream cones lying everywhere. According to my wife there were no paper towels in the restroom. I asked for the manager and was greeted by the owner who never once wanted to hear out my concerns but rather kept making excuses and then told me if I didn't like it I could leave. If it weren't late in the evening and my whole family was there and hungry, I probably would have done just that. At the end of the evening, when we were ready to leave, we paid full price for our meal with no offer of compensation for the horrid affair, I asked to be certain who the manager or owner was because I had a hard time believing an owner of a business would treat one of his patrons that way. They went and got the same rude individual who I spoke with before and he asked me "what is your problem?" I started once again to raise my concerns and was asked to leave in a threatening manner. I chuckled and said "You're some owner" at which point I was told..."I'm better than you; I own a restaurant. At which point I turned to walk away. As I turned back to tell him I wouldn't be back nor would my family, I stood in disbelief as I observed the "owner" shooting me a bird. Never in my life have I experienced such a horrible evening at a restaurant. Never again!!!!!
