A Friday night, a party of 14, and confirmed reservations...
First we had to wait almost 10 minutes for our table. Then we were greeted by a garbage bag covered table, like we were at a picnic. Finally, once we requested some service we finally got some...once, maybe twice. It was pathetic. On the bar, there was no lobster, no steak and NO SUSHI. That's right, I said no sushi. I'm sorry but if you advertise yourself as a sushi bar, you should probably have some. They literally had NONE. Apparently the sushi chef had that FRIDAY NIGHT off and the place went to hell in a hand-basket. We couldn't even get refills on our drinks without getting up to ask. It was beyond belief, and utterly ridiculous. And then the bill came...written on a napkin. I'm not even kidding, a napkin. We just had to laugh by this point. I know, for sure, 14 people who will not be returning the Lotus Garden. Save your time and your $15/person. Seriously. I never write reviews but this place was appalling. ~Marlo
