We went to Club Chalet at 5:30pm on 1-5-13, a Sat night. We were seated immediately and had the best waiter, Brady. He accommodated us to the Nth degree. I indulge in prime rib once a yr and it was absolutely perfect! We love the classic relaxed supper club atmosphere, menu, and good prices. I will be bringing my mother and her friends there soon for a lovely meal.

we had our wedding dinner at the chalet. I called for reservations and asked if they could accommodate a table of 16---no problem I was told. We ended up having 2 tables and when I asked why we were not all together I was told they couldn't do that--that was BS--they had plenty of room to set up one long table and still have room for the few other people eating--upset YES totally and the service was extremely poor. Food was not what it use to be.Had to ask for menu's 3 times before we got them and our reservation didn't seem to matter. I have always bragged up the chalet but I have seen much better service and food after this ordeal. There should not be attitudes handed out to paying customers.

We went to the restaraunt last night and ordered steak and lobster. The steak was less than 1/4 inch thick and the lobster was dry and tough. My husband and I eat out frequently and I can tell you, we will not go back to this restaurant.
