One would think paying $12 for an average Philly steak one would at least got what they ordered.
Ticket was correct, plain add mayo, lettuce, tomato. Actual sandwich arrived plain.

Awesome food, eat in or carry out, at a reasonable price. Beats the large places like Golden Corral (YUCK) hands down. The food is cooked home style by folks who know how to cook American food. Great prices, great service, friendly folks and awesome food. You just can't go wrong with the Backyard Grill!!

I love Backyard Grill - it is a great, inexpensive place to eat in a very small town that has very little. I think we are very fortunate to have this quaint little place. Everything I have ever ordered was awesome and I get take out a lot and it's always right!!!

The lunch buffet is by far the best buffet around and I live in Greensboro. I have never gotten a take-out order so I can't speak to that but the service was great every time that I have been there.

I called Backyard to put an order in to go. The lady who answered the phone answered it in a very exasperated tone and asked me to hold on. No problem. After being on hold for exactly 14 minutes and 26 seconds she hung up on me. When I called back I asked for either a manager or an owner, after waiting a minute some fry cook or dish washer got on the phone and told me that there was not a manager there and that the owner wouldn't be back until tomorrow. I have never been more irritated as I am right now and I will never set foot back in that building.

Great food if you eat there. Pick up orders are hardly ever right. Suggest dining in.

I've been here multiple times, for multiple reasons, and i LOVE it here. the people are amazing, the service is impeccable, and the mood of the restaurant is comfortable.

I received terrible service, there employees were rude and did not appreciate my business.
