I recommend the Pork Water-Crest, vegetable was very crunchy and pleasant to the pallet (could be a tad stronger), also liked the Beef Broccoli
Today, a young Cantonese waiter took our orders and delivered food, then disappeared for the rest of our luncheon.
He over-serviced two customers at a table with a lot of small-talk time and time again.
A fellow worker informed him of his negligence.
We left him no monetary tip, but this, "Bad workers never blame themselves but blame the tools they use."

The roast duck and cold ginger onion chicken are excellent, the duck is tender and moist, as well as the cold chicken. Also tried the won ton mien soup - o-o-ono!!!
