The food is great and the soups are top of the line! Many different varieties all week long and all have been great! We have not be disappointed anytime we've been in. Thank You Blue Plate

The food is really really good & the majority of it, even the buns for their lunchtime items, is all made right there. The staff are friendly but it is extremely busy in there so they are always running ;-) The atmosphere is not different than other cafe's in that it's cutely decorated, small, compact, noisy but not from annoying music or anything, just lots of conversations going on in a small-ish place. It is well worth it to eat at the Blue Plate though, you just can't find the kind of homecooking/baking they do there very many places anymore!
