My wife and I were on I39 approximately 12 miles North Of I80 when I saw the Mendota, Illinois exit. I heard of Primo's Supper Club and decided to stop for dinner. What an enjoyable experience. The food was tremendous and everyone was top class. They offered us sleeping arrangements which was first class. We actually had a mini vacation. The dinning room has many historic pictures of the area. This place is truly a hidden treasure.

Wonder place to eat. Great place to have a family reunion dinner; reception or any family planning. Would highly recommend it.
Or just a quiet place for dinner w/ drinks and conversation.
