I can't express how much I implore people not to eat here.
I was trying to place an order for delivery via phone, and was met with a very rude woman who hung up on me twice. I should have taken this as the first sign to avoid this place.
Upon arrival, not a single person working had gloves or a mask on. It was unnerving, but I get it. They probably don't want to give up their "rights" to risking public health. I didn't ask why they weren't following proper food safety guidelines. What happened next was the most horrendously disgusting thing I've ever seen.
The profusely sweating man was making our fried mac-n-cheese bites. His process was digging his un-gloved hands into the container with bites, dipping them in batter up to his knuckles, dropping them into the fryer, licking the batter off his hands, wiping the dripping sweat off his forehead, and repeating. After he walked away from the fryer, he grabbed something from another container of food with the same unwashed hands and started eating it, going to the sink to grab a paper towel to wipe off his sweat.
Another woman dumped the fresh-from-the-fryer bites into a Styrofoam container and handed it to us. The oil had melted through the container, dripped over our hands, the car seat, and Styrofoam was melted to the food.
Regardless of a pandemic, the food safety practices would be horrendous. With the pandemic, it should be a crime of putting the safety of customers at risk. I promptly discarded all items from our purchase, and now have to figure out how to get oil out of a fabric car seat.

They are the best around, far too many other places that make the claim as a Memphis style BBQ restaurant, this place delivers it 100%
