This is the 3rd time in the past several years that I have received a spoiled product from Babushka Deli. This is the first time I have tried to return the spoiled product. They sold me a can of “Spoiled Caviar” When I tried to return the Caviar. The Sales person was rude, unapologetic and in fact tried to blame the problem on me. I unsuccessfully tried to reason with her and there was nothing I could do or say to convince her to help me.
Even if the problem was mine and the spoilage was my fault, the sales person could have treated me in a polite and professional manner. That’s the problem with dealing with a small specialist deli that has a monopoly on Ethnic Russian foods, and a sales person who was trained in another country who does not understand the concept of treating the customer with respect.
