I wanted to put this to the establishment rather than blurt it out - they seem to be having problems with their website.
I went on a date to f brothers, was a much anticipated deal. I ordered prime rib - I believe 12 oz. asked for medium rare. waitress returned shortly and informed us there was no prime rib left. I switched to the rib eye which was $3.00 more. uninformed waitress? asked for medium rare again. when the entrees arrived, the baked potato was centered on the plate with the steak at about a 45 degree angle on top of it. the potato had two packets of cold butter in the crack. is that fine dining?
the steak was so red inside - NO JUICE! NO DRIPPINGS! NO BLOOD! I asked for medium RARE! how is it possible to make a steak red as red gets and have NO drippings?
the steak was also round - shaped nothing like a ribeye. I expected a little fatcap on the outside curve of the steak, but I had to cut out a whole section from the middle of the steak, I had a pile of fat when I was dome.
I hope the owners get to read this, they need to know. I just did not want to make a scene with a date there. please check what you are serving! my baked potato was the only thing good!

I find this to be one of the best establishments I have ever dined at. I was visiting town on business from NY and had the fillet. It was cooked perfectly. The waitress was very nice very cute and very knowledgeable about the food and the area. I meet with the owner and he seemed to genuinely care about his customers. If i am ever in the area again you better believe I will be eating here every chance I get.

My husband and I were visitors from Texas. A very nice structure, furnishings and cloth napkins. We were seated very soon and our drinks came right away, although we had to ask for sweetener twice. The waitress had little knowledgeable of the menu as I ask about the vegetable and she said they were vegetables that were steamed. When I ask what vegetable I was told cucumbers and beans. I thought maybe this was a Midwestern dish so I ask for the corn and their 12 oz rib eye (well done). My husband decided to go for the 8 oz prime rib (medium well) and the steamed cucumbers (he was curious). We waited forty minutes for our food. During this wait we did enjoy the bread it was very good, but we could not get a refill on our drinks our waitress could not be seen. We finally ask another waitress for refills. When the entree's came the steamed cucumbers were actually squash. My well done rib eye was rare. So rare it bleed onto my potatoes and corn. I cut several places thinking this could not be true. My husband's prime rib looked very good and it was cooked to perfection. When we were able to get the waitress to return. She ask if I wanted the cook to throw it back on the grill. I did not want my husband to wait for his meal to get cold and the thought of eating a $20.00 steak cut in three pieces with a bloody potatoes
ruined my appetite. I did not want it. I ask her to remove it from our table and ticket. We received no apologies no information from the Chef. When our ticket arrived I was charged for the salad (which came with the steak) and tea and my husband was charged for the 10 oz prime rib. When my husband questioned the waitress about ordering the 8 oz she said I heard 10 oz.(nothing was ever written down). We ask to speak to the Manager. The Manager on duty came out with his hands on his hips and said, "You people can do anything you want. We are family owned and there is no one to report to." I guess we will never know if the teenage waitress told the chef rare or well. I guess we will never know if they charged my husband for the 10 oz because of the returned steak. I guess we will never know if the chef was in that day. I do know we will never return to this restaurant.
