This is my favorite sushi restaurant in the Jackson area. The Edo special salad is amazing!! Jenny is very nice and helpful and accommodating, and I spend every special occasion there (and not so special). The tuna pizza is different, but also awesome.

Edo's is simply extravagant!!!! The sushi is always fresh and consistent. They have a great selection of specialty rolls including the Edo Roll, Titan Roll, and one of our other favorites, the Salmon Mango Roll. Service is fast and friendly and the atmosphere is inviting. A small and quaint getaway that doesn't cost a fortune! I would suggest this sushi establishment over any other in the Jackson area.
