I think it is the best catfish in the Jackson area. I have never had a piece of off-flavor catfish from Kim's. I buy Simmons catfish too cook at home, which has good quality control, but occasionally Simmons has an off-flavor piece. I have NEVER had an off-flavor piece of fish from Kim's and the fried rice with the fish is addictive. And it is always cooked fresh and is almost too hot (with heat) to eat in the car. I'd love to know how they batter their fish.

Food is decent ,but service is Trash i ordered food as always via call in i get to the window a few mins later they say they gave my order to another person by a mistake . They had a this crazy look on their faces knowing they messed up they wanted to cook another one ,but i told them i was cool on them & left i will never go there again after shopping with them since they moved to ridgewood road.

The catfish was good, but it could have been a bit spicier. The combination fried rice was a huge plate of food. Both dishes were very good values, but don't look at the menu prices shown on this site as they are old, outdated and the prices are incorrect.
Seems to me if one ran a website loaded with menus that someone would periodically update the menus! That would avoid ticking patrons off and aggravating the business owners.
