Menudo here is some of the best I've had since moving from Texas, and the meat market offers a variety of cuts I haven't found elsewhere. The food is authentic and delicious, with affordable prices and generous portions, making each visit a satisfying experience. Although the ordering process is casual and there can be a slight language barrier, the friendly staff and fresh ingredients make it well worth the trip.

The Mexican food at Carniceria Valdez exceeded my expectations, especially the Menudo and the variety of cuts in their meat market. The humble establishment is a true gem for authentic cuisine, offering delicious dishes like tacos, gorditas, and fresh juices that transport you to Mexico City.
