User Reviews for Oec Japanese Express C P posted on 11/04/2010 Rating & Review: Sushi was mediocre. Not very good at all. Nagoya is 100x better, and for the same price. Fried rice wasn't really "fried rice". Horrible taste. Waste of money. I don't reccommend this place to anyone.
