MP food was average and flavorless. tables outside uncomfortable and small, you have no place to hang your legs. service was terrible and we also waited for our food and drinks. the drinks are reasonable which made my dinning experience bearable.

MP prepare there food with high quality ingredients. The service was OK. It's on the higher end for JC restaurants. Drink prices are very reasonable.

What I enjoy about Marco & Pepe is the location and the atmosphere. What I do not like is I got sick there three times. The service is inattentive and sometimes rude(depending on who is waiting on you). The menu is good and the drinks are great but the place could be a lot better if there was proper management.
My boyfriend and I go there often but the service lately is bad so we stopped going..On one occasion we waited a really long time(45 minutes) for a medium burger and a chicken sandwich when the burger finally came out it was completely rare. When we asked that they cook it we got serious attitude. Instead of being offered that the burger be taken off the bill. We had to argue to get it removed from the bill. I would not go back.
Cool vibe for drinks but just make sure the Dept of health doesn't show up for dinner.

The chef must love food a lot to be always so creative! This is probably the best restaurant in Jersey City! Although the service is often a bit slow, the food is usually incrediblly good! This list catergorized Marco & Pepe as "Tapas, Spanish" which is apparently wrong. It is in fact a New American.

Marco & Pepe's has a very nice atmosphere and good food. They use high quality ingredients and take pride in their food. Bravo! I recommend this restaurant.
