Our burgers were spot on and our waitress was sweeter than homemade jelly. Rhonda was her name. Highly recommend a visit.

My husband and I ate there twice this weekend and both times the food was great and so was the service. Our c waitress was Kelsey and she did a fantastic job!

The tasteless butter was almost inedible. Fish and shrimp were good hush puppies were not good.

This place came recommended by folks at an area attraction. They definitely did not put their best foot forward today. I arrived, was seated promptly, took a few minutes to look over the menu for the 1st time, drinks were delivered and the order was taken within five minutes. At the the time I came in there were 4 other tables seated, I made 5. There were at least 3 servers, 2 girls cleaning tables/bringing clean dishes from to the kitchen, and a greeter, plus whoever was in the kitchen. A table of 8 then came in, a group of 5, a couple and a table of 3 -- all after me. ...and we waited. After 10 minutes the server refilled drinks and 10 more minutes later came back to refill drinks and said they were short-handed, but it shouldn't be long. Another 10 minutes the table of 8 was served, and then the couple. A different server ask if I needed anything --- food... She said she would check on it. A few minutes later she said that it shouldn't be long, that they were short-handed. The comment was made that other people were already getting their food before me. She assured us that my food would be next. 10 more minutes -- the table of 3 got the same dish that I ordered. We decided if they also got their food before we got our appetizer, we were leaving. You guessed it. Here came their food. I left $6 on the table for drinks and walked out. There wasn't even anybody attending the front of house to ask what was wrong. I would have preferred that they just own up -- they lost the order, they got out of order, they burned it or dropped it, or whatever. Own up, don't cover up. Thank you, Arby's (across the street)! Our food was good, hot and fast. It wasn't my first choice, but it turned out to be the choice that actually produced food...

During the pandemic we have tried to eat from local restaurants to help them out. Limestone is usually the better of our choices in our county. However, the guy that works the bar was taking orders via phone. He had the personality of a prick on this night. A month ago we also ordered from there, went to pick it up, the same guy brought it to our car. The check was $24. We gave him a $5 tip, thinking those working in the restaurant business were hurting a bit. He seemed very ungrateful and acted like a prick on this night as well.
Not sure who has peed in his Cheerios, but going trough life with a chip on your shoulder, isn’t a desirable attribute.
