This stuff will make yer tongue slap yer brains out!! It's ALL good, but the thing I yearn for is Butter Rolls. Be sure to go on a Wednesday and order this delightful treat! I've never seen this in any other restaurant, and even with the internet, it took me years to track down a recipe. I've made butter rolls a couple of times now, but they just don't taste as good as the ones Ms. Pearl makes.

Mrs. Pearl and the rest of the crowd down at David Family Kitchen are AWESOME! I've never even had "OK" food there. E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G is excellent! Go on a Wednesday, the chicken and rice will make you want to throw rocks at any other you've ever had!
OH! And definitely get the ROLLS! omG, I could pig out on nothing but those rolls!!!

I HAVE LIVED IN THE SOUTH FOR ABOUT FIVE YEARS AND NEVER KNEW WHAT THEY MEANT BY SOUL FOOD. AS A THE LIGHTEST SKIN YOU CAN BE, MY FAMILY NEVER COOKED FOOD LIKE THIS. ALL I CAN SAY IS "OH MY GOD", AND MOAN WITH DELIGHT AFTER EACH BITE, WHEN I HAD THE TURKEY AND CORNBREAD DRESSING COVERED WITH CRANBERRY SAUCE. IT IS TO DIE FOR. I AM TAKING MY MOTHER THERE TODAY. SHE IS NOT GOING TO LIKE THAT IT BEATS OUR ITALIAN DISHES TO THE GROUND. I CAN'T WAIT TO SAVOR THE GREENS AND MAC AND CHEESE. I GUESS I'M NOT MOVING BACK TO JERSEY AFTER ALL.... LOL
