I have to tell you that these people, Laura (the owner, and Maria, her daughter and the supposed manager are beyond rude. The food is not what it once was years ago. my husband recently went to the shoppe for 3 cold cut sandwiches on hard rolls, we were told they were out of hard rolls, but that they had regular rolls and the sandwiches would be just as good. so we took the counter help at their word and bought the 3 sandwiches, pd the close to $30 and when my husband got home 15 min later the sandwich were like a big bag of ,mushy sandwich soup, it was a soggy disgusting mess. When we called in right away to complain, we got a line of crap from an rude man whose English was not very good, he said there was nothing that could be done and i would have to call back on Monday morning and speak to Laura or maria, it is 3 weeks later and i have yet to reach Laura, she has never bothered to return my call, I did catch her daughter maria on the phone after 2 weeks and she promised to speak... more ģI have to tell you that these people, Laura (the owner, and Maria, her daughter and the supposed manager are beyond rude. As you can imagine, that call never came, I gave it another week, and called her back, Maria told me at that time that though they viewed the video tape and saw the transaction with my husband purchasing the sandwiches, the all her mom would do is replace 2 of the sandwiches, not 3, and that other than that there was nothing I could do. She also told me that as we were told they were out of hard rolls, that that info was wrong and indeed they had the hard rolls, i dint want to patronize that dump any longer, i want my money back as we were not able to eat those 3 sandwiches..dint go there, its truly disgusting.
