I don't know how hungry the other reviewer was, but the food is always just OK at the Crazy Pig. I've been there MANY times, and never had a bad experience. BUT, I've never really had a great one either. The prices are a bit high for what they serve, but I'm never really disappointed with what I order.

Bottom Line: I give it 3/5 stars because the food is always just OK (never as great as the other reviewer says) and I find the prices are a bit high.

When i first saw this little pace, i thought, oh boy. Here comes salmonella. It looks very.. offbeat, but once you step inside its not so bad. The inside is very cute. There was actually people inside, which was nice to see. So we went to the counter to find that there wasnt much staff, but the one girl handled most of it. Once she had the (1 probably) chef finsish cooking our meal, she actually brought it to our table, which i thought was a breath of fresh air! When i took a bite of my rib or steak or whatever po-boy, the world stopped. That sandwich was the best thing ive ever eaten! I gobbeled it up like a monster! After 10 minutes i realized that i wasnt going to get sick! I wouldve gone back there everyday except for i live in New York and i was only visiting for a day and a half under many circumstances. I think that the Crazy Pig was and always will be the very best chance ive ever taken with food. It may look like a total dump, but as you can see once your inside, you were once the "crazy pig" for thinking that.
